Start with the camera, scanner or collection file you already use.
Can I use my Fujitsu, ScanSnap or other document scanner?
Use the manufacturer’s software to save one card per front image as JPEG or PNG, then select the files in PullX. ScanSnap uses its own software; other Fujitsu/Ricoh, Epson, Brother and Canon models have different driver options. PullX imports the resulting photos and does not currently control scanner hardware. Compatibility depends on your model and software; physical scanner testing is still ahead. Convert PDF or TIFF pages into individual JPEG or PNG images first.
Do I need to separate Pokémon and Magic cards?
No. The dealer workbench uses automatic game identification, so the same batch can contain Pokémon and Magic cards. Review each match before saving, especially its set, collector number and finish. Unresolved cards can be retried or corrected in intake.
Can I bring inventory from another collection app?
Yes. Import a collection CSV and review its column mapping and card matches. PullX includes guidance for Collectr, TCGplayer, ManaBox and Archidekt, plus a general spreadsheet mapper. Export access depends on the source platform. This is a file import; it does not connect or continuously sync your external account.
What happens to my front and back photos?
Original batch photos stay on your device. You can download the included originals and a card manifest as a ZIP, up to 100 MB. Identification uses resized copies. After a reload, reselect the originals to resume unfinished images. The ZIP does not host photos for marketplaces; provide your own public photo links when an export needs them.
Will an export publish listings or update my stock automatically?
No. Current exports prepare files for you to review and import into the destination platform. Downloads do not publish listings, reserve cards or synchronize outside sales. Maintain stock across your channels, and import TCGplayer quantity additions only once. Direct publishing and stock reconciliation are planned.
Does using dealer tools unlock higher selling or trading limits?
No. Workbench access and transaction limits are separate. Higher limits are earned through account age, successful transactions and positive feedback from distinct verified transaction partners. Identity and dealer verification are required at higher tiers. A paid plan or staff verification alone does not replace that history.
